Kenmare Kestrels Collect the Kitty While Wimbourne Wasps Wallow in Hour Seven
It was a blazing marathon of a match today that lasted well into hour seven before the Kestrel’s Keeper, Rosmerta Skeeter finally caught the snitch and secured the win for the Kestrels. It was a close match up to that point though, with Wimbledon maintaining a slim lead through the first three hours. But after the 4th hour rest, the Kestrels came back with more than enough energy to match the Wasp’s frenetic pace, slowly gaining the upper hand, until early in hour seven, Kestrel Beaters Bill Hopkirk and Elphias Granger executed a perfect Grumbler Bomb manoeuvre, taking out the Wasp’s star Chaser, Septima Mundungus, and leaving Sturgis Prewett free to run the pitch until Skeeter clinches the victory at 6 hours and 53 minutes.
