Scoring

Teams earn points based on the relative performance of the Chasers and Seeker compared to their opponent's Chasers and Seekers for the week.

Teams scores are reduced by the actions of their opponent's Beaters and Keeper of the week.

The NASCAR driver who finishes highest in their race catches the snitch and earns 150 points for their team.  In the case of a tie, the number of points earned during the race determines the winner.  The number of positions gained plus laps led of the winner is then divided by the total positions gained and laps led of both drivers to deliver a percentage, which determines how many days of baseball games are scored.

Each run scored by the three selected Chasers scores 10 points.  Monday is the first day of games scored, if a team does not play on a given day, they do not score any points.

The difference in scores of the Keepers are used to return a reduction percentage between 50% and 80%, which is multiplied into the score of the opponent's Chasers.  The Seeker score is not modified.

The Beater's scores are added together and subtracted from the opponent's Chaser score after the Keeper percentage is applied.

The winner of the match is the one with the higher score after the snitch is caught.
